Technical papers are solicited for presentation at the 29th Annual ARRLand TAPR Digital Communications Conference to be held September 24-26,2010 in Portland, Oregon. These papers will also be published in theConference Proceedings (you do NOT need to attend the conference to haveyour paper included in the Proceedings) .

About Logbook :

ARRL's Logbook of the World (LoTW) system is a repository of log records submitted by users from around the world. When both participants in a QSO submit matching QSO records to LoTW, the result is a QSL that can be used for ARRL award credit.
